Ara Mina marries PITC chief Dave Almarinez

Nineties sex symbol turned entrepreneur Ara Mina has tied the knot with businessman Dave Almarinez in an intimate wedding at Alphaland Baguio Mountain Lodges Chapel last June 30.
With famed photography service Nice Print taking the snaps, the couple’s ceremony saw a dreamy family affair.

Ara, now Hazel Reyes Almarinez, wore a Leo Almadal gown that her younger sisters—actress Christine Reyes and Heidi Gatmaytan—have gifted together.
The gown very well suited her voluptuous figure, featuring a generous amount of lace and beads. As Almadal himself wrote in an Instagram post, it was “Baroque Rococo inspired, corseted and cinched to achieve that Cinderella waistline. An elaborate neckpiece and a tiara complete Ara’s ethereal bridal look.
Ara's sisters and friend Jan Marini served as the matrons of honor. Ara’s six-year-old daughter Mandy also wore a gown almost identical to hers.

Also present in the star-studded wedding were Kapuso star Jose Sarasola, who was one of Dave's groomsmen; and Kapamilya star Barbie Imperial, who appeared as one of Ara's bridesmaids. The entourage and guests also included Ara’s brother Macky Mathay and his partner Sunshine Cruz, Barbie's boyfriend Diego Loyzaga, actresses Melissa Ricks, Jenny Miller, and Miss Grand International 2020 first runner-up Samantha Bernardo.

Ara, 42, got engaged with Almarinez, 45 and the Philippine International Trading Corporation president and CEO, In January this year, Ara Mina got engaged to Dave Almarinez, who is the president and CEO of the Philippine International Trading Corporation. In April, the couple flew to Culion, Palawan for their similarly dreamy pre-nuptial shoot. The two dated for three years before their engagement.
