On August 22, Kapamilya artist Anji Salvacion expressed how proud she felt of the blessings she received from showbiz.
At the online media conference for Bida Star Versus with the press, including LionhearTV, Salvacion recounted her experience in showbiz, starting with Idol Philippines.
“Actually, there are a lot of things that I’m so proud of, especially po the blessings that were/ given to me, were in fact, I didn’t expect anything from this industry na maibibigay nila sa akin.
“And to be honest din, noong unang punta ko dito when I first stepped on Idol Philippines, looking back to where I am now, sobrang na-filled ako ng gratitude in my heart na–where everyday, I always say na I’m proud of what I’m receiving, because at least itong kung saan ako ngayon, ang daming nangarap, pero ako ‘yung nabigyan. So doon ko masasabi na proud ako.”
She then expressed her happiness with the opportunities after exiting the Pinoy Big Brother house.
“I’ve been doing great. I’m actually pretty happy because of all the blessings that /were given to me by God and sa mga opportunity na binibigay sa akin ng ABS-CBN. And, I’m just so happy to be part again sa Bida Star Versus naman, sa new season, new chapter ng Bida Star. It’s good to be here again.”
She then admitted feeling pressure over her hosting gig with Bida Star.
“Meron din po, kasi this is–even though I hosted na a lot of hosting gigs, it’s still new din for me. Kasi it’s a new experience. For sure, marami akong matutunan from Kare, and Kuya Benedix.”
However, Salvacion planned to handle the pressure by letting her anxiety go.
“And how do I handle it? I just let all my doubts go. I /just go with the flow. Kasi walang ka matutunan if you always put pressure on yourself, better as much na you go with whatever’s going to happen and learn from it.”
Bida Star Versus premieres on September 5 through the KUMU and Facebook account of Star Hunt.
