Before her admirable portrayal as Sisa, Torres began her showbiz career at 15 as a Kapamilya talent. She first appeared on television in ABS-CBN’s reality loveteam search show Qpids in 2005.

In 2008, Torres officially became a Kapuso where she played minor roles in four films: Manay Po 2: Overload (2008), Loving You (2008), Shake, Rattle & Roll X (2008), and You To Me Are Everything (2010).

Torres marked her first teleserye in 2011’s GMA afternoon Blusang Itim, playing the role of ‘kontrabida’ opposite Kylie Padilla.

In 2012, Torres landed her big break as she starred in the modern adaptation of GMA’s drama series Sana Ay Ikaw Na Nga, starring Tanya Garcia and Dingdong Dantes. The actress believes it was her launching project.

Over the years, Torres flaunts her versatility in comedy skits, hosting acts, action stunts, and drama sequences, leading up to her up-to-date, emotionally stirring portrayal as Sisa.
