2018 • 22 mins

Doc Nielsen and the team learn that in other parts of Kenya, lions are much more difficult to locate. The team travels to Ol Pejeta to join a lion tracking activity, in which park rangers monitor the population through a device that emits a sound when lions are around. For hours, Doc Nielsen and his team survey the area, hoping that the tracking device will lead them to the lions. Will they be successful? In the deserts of Al Ain, Doc Ferds discovers that camels previously used for racing end up in the markets when they are old and injured. There, they become part of the livestock and are sold for their meat. Join Doc Ferds as he observes the evolving role of these beasts of burden.
