Kara meets Grandma Mely who at 84, is an expert in cooking Tamalos; Samar also has its own version of the embutido, the Bola Catalana wrapped in leaf lard; and known for their ingenuity, Samarnons also turned the veins of a pig into a delicious dish known as Ugat Guisado.
