Let�s celebrate with the various festivals in the country and try some of their provincial delicacies! In Obando, Bulacan, try their �rellenong alimasag� or stuffed crab which locals serve during their festival in honor of Nuestra Senora Salambao. Meanwhile in La Union, their native delicacy �Tinungbo� is so good that they even made a festival for it. And since we are celebrating the Pahiyas Festival in Quezon, let�s try some of their province�s fiesta dishes like the Pinais or fish eggs that are wrapped in banana leaves, Patabol a kind of rice cake and Suman.
